7 Habits of Highly
Confident Women

Have you ever wondered how other women can look so self-assured? What do they do to have strong self-confidence?

I'll start by saying confidence is something you can learn and build, and healthy
habits are a good start.

All you need is willingness and implementation.

Follow these 7 habits to
boost your confidence

  • Stop criticizing yourself
Your inner critic is not helping you progress, in fact, it is self-sabotage. Let your inner voice be more compassionate toward yourself, as if you talk to your best friend.

  • Prioritize self-care
Take care of yourself, your body, mind and spirit. It is not selfish but essential and necessary. You cannot pour from an empty cup as they say. It doesn't mean you don't care for others, it simply means once you are taken care of, you can support others better.

  • Stop comparing yourself to others
Comparing yourself to others is dangerous, because you will never be good enough, or you might end up being "arrogant" when you think you are better than others. Rather embrace who you are and enjoy others for who they are.

  • Set healthy boundaries
Boundaries that are healthy protect your inner peace and relationships with others. Respect your own boundaries and those of others. Boundaries help everyone know where the limits are.

  • Be open for growth and change
When you are willing and open to grow and change, you might learn a few new things along the way. Curiosity inspires creativity. You might surprise yourself with your capabilities.

  • Be authentic and stop trying to be perfect
Perfectionism is an unrealistic expectation. Focus on progress rather than perfection. Women with confidence accept themselves for who they are, they live authentically.

  • Own your voice
Confident woman own their voice in relationships or when communicating with others. They can ask for help if they need it and don't ignore problems that need to be sorted out.
